Chinese Cooking With Emperor's
Court Chefs

Begawan - Emperor's Court chefs, Chef Wong Ka Min and Chef
Cheng Weng Seng, on Saturday presented their cooking skills in
Chinese cuisine at Amigos Cafe, Royal Brunei Recreation Club.
The event, attended by 26
individuals, saw the preparations of three dishes perfect for the
Chinese Lunar New Year celebration, which included Double Boiled
Seabass with Yam and Chinese Herbs in Claypot, Deep Fried Crispy
Stuffing Chicken as well as the Crispy Chinese Pancake with Lotus
Paste.
Mr
Andy Goh, Emperor's Court Restaurant Manager, was also on hand to
