A Matter Of Tradition At Muara

Begawan - With the Chinese New Year just around the corner,
many restaurants are offering special promotions to celebrants,
including Muara Snack Bar, which specialises in traditional Chinese
dishes.
Available at any other day apart
from the first day of Chinese New Year on February 18, the eatery is
offering their "Great Basin Feast" or "Pooh Choi", which comprises
20 dishes, such as oyster, fatt choy, sea asparagus, roast duck,
steam corn chicken, sea cucumber, broccoli, yam, cabbage, scallop,
fish maw, eight treasures shark fin, and fried rice served on lotus
leaf.
Additionally, it is also offering
',Tee Sang", a traditional must-have on the festive season, at half
