Diplomats' Wives Donate $1, 000 To Welfare Centres

Bandar Seri Begawan - Wives of diplomats in the country yesterday made a $1,000 donation to the Welfare Housing Complex, Pulaie and Pusat Bahagia Pulaie, Community Development Department of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

On hand to receive the donation was Director of Community Development Department- Datin Hjh Adina binte Haji Othman.

Earlier, the women were briefed by Datin Hjh Adina on the roles and functions of thg centre, which is one of the welfare institutions responsible for the implementation of developmental and rehabilitation programmes for youth. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
