Winners Of Empire Golf Club's Championship Tournament

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Empire Country Club he'd its 2006 Golf Club's Champion of Champions tournament on Jan 28, 2007. About 40 members took part in the annually organised special championship, stated a press release.

Mr Neelash Upal emerged as the A Division winner and Mr Eric Norris emerged as winner of the B Division. Madam Daisy Yeoh meanwhile emerged as winner in the ladies category.

All the winners received a prize voucher each for a two-day/one-night stay inclusive of breakfast and dinner for two as well as a championship trophy. All the prizes were presented by Empire Country Club's Golf Professional Ahmad Dan Bateman.

"The Champion of Champions was a special golf event for our members and comprised all the winners of monthly medal events held in 2006. It is indeed encouraging to see more and more members participate in our club events," said Manager Brett Burton.
