SMALHB's Orientation Week Draws To A Close

Bandar Seri Begawan - An Orientation week entitled 'Minggu Ta'aruf and Silatulrahim' for the new students of Hassanal Bolkiah Arabic Secondary School for Boys (SMALHB) in Temasek came to a close yesterday.

The event held at the multipurpose hall of the school was attended by the school principal, Ustazah Dyg Hj Asmah bte Hj Randah, members of the school's Association of Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya and the new students.

The last day of the orientation week also coincided with the celebration of the Islamic New Year of Hijrah 1428 and a thanksgiving ceremony for the safe return of haj pilgrims. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
