Bandar Seri

every individual has his own special ability, talent and
righteousness in line with his personal development.
This was stated by Dato Paduka Dr
Haji Ismail bin Hj Duraman, Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Brunei
Darussalam, who was guest of honour at the handing-over of duty and
appointments of members to the student council and peer guidance

for society in the future".
"In whatever situation, the
importance of studying is number one, and should not be neglected."
