Royal Brunei Air Force Champions

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) emerged champions in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 2006 Inter-Services golf competition by collecting 321 points.

Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) with 315 points were second after beating Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) who managed to collect 298 points.

The meet between the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and RBAF was held recently at the RBAF Golf Club in Berakas Garrison.

The competition was participated by six teams namely MINDEF Team, Royal Brunei Land Force Team, Royal Brunei Navy Team, Royal Brunei Air Force Team, Support Services RBAF Team and Training Institute RBAF Team.

The guest-of-honour at the meet was Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Hj Md Yussof. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
