KBT SK Veteran On Target In Labuan

Bandar Seri Begawan - KBT SK Veteran of Brunei emerged as the champions of the FDP 2nd Darts Double Challenge Labuan Open 2006 after they defeated PECD Labuan 4-2 in the final held at the Convention Hall, Labuan.

The tournament,-organised by Financial Park (Labuan) Sdn Bhd from January 2829, was participated by 36 teams in the Borneo region-namely from Sarawak, Sabah, Labuan as well as 10 teams from Brunei.

On their way to the finals, KST SK Veteran comprising Pg Mohammad Pg Hj Matarsad and Kamaluddin Hj Bongsu defeated Labuan's Permatang 3-0 while the - semi final saw the Brunei representatives beating Storm A of Labuan with a 4-2 score.

Present as the guest of honour to award the prizes was Basaruddin, Chairman of the FDP 2nd Darts Double Challenge Labuan Open 2006. The champions, KBT SK Veteran received RM 2, 000 and trophies. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
