DBP Raises Flag To Demonstrate Patriotism

Bandar Seri Begawan - Hj Sumadi Sukaimi, Acting Director of Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka Brunei, and his staff demonstrated their patriotism to the Sultanate by raising a flag at its compound on Thursday.

The ceremony was held in conjunction with the 21st National Day. They sang the national anthem and their own department song.

This department was involved in organising the recent celebrations held at Taman Hj Sir OmarAli Saifuddien in BSB with other agencies.

DBP is also currently holding a Brunei Book Fair 2005 to commemorate the occasion.
