Empire Hosts Weekly HK Magazine Writer

Bandar Seri Begawan - Nori Tamura, a journalist from Weekly Hong Kong Magazine, recently visited Brunei on a press trip to write a travel article to introduce Brunei to Hong Kong readers.

The Empire Hotel and Country Club along with Brunei Tourism, Royal Brunei Airlines and Bon Asia Holiday hosted the stay for Tamura and together, they put in place an exciting itinerary to ensure she gets the most out of her stay in Brunei.

Upon arrival, Tamura was welcomed by Hafiza Mohamad, Assistant Marketing Communications Manager of the hotel, who later hosted a welcome dinner at Pantai where the guest experienced seafood at its best at the Seafood BBQ buffet dinner.

Tamura was very impressed with the range of services and facilities offered by the hotel as well as the various guestrooms, especially the standards of the luxurious suites, which she saw during a hotel tour hosted by Jennifer Kang, Director of PR and Marketing Communications.

During her stay, Tamura also visited Temburong and other fascinating tourist spots such as the Royal Regalia Museum, Kampong Ayer and Gadong night market.
