The new owner told the Bulletin that she decided to offer free Internet surfing to commemorate the 21st National Day as she took over the cafe effectively yesterday.

The cafe has 17 computers and charges $1 per hour for Internet surfing.

Open from 10 am until 11 pm daily, the cafe also offers snacks such as pies and drinks for the surfers.

It also gives out redemption cards where after five hours of Internet surfing, surfers are entitled to free drinks.

"For 10 hours of surfing, the cafe gives surfers free one online hour," she said. The establishment has a pool table, which can be rented at $3 per hour for members and $4 for non-members.

"We also cater for groups looking for a place for a small gathering," she said.
