Emotional Intelligence Mulled At Civil Service Programme

Bandar Seri Begawan - Emotional Intelligence has not been taught in school but this new methodology enables people in the west and some Asian regions to now realise the relevance of the human element in the success factor.

Encik Azman Shah Dato Aziz, a Performance Development Consultant from Malaysia, in his talks on Emotional Intelligence said this at the Civil Service Institute in Rimba yesterday.

The topic is about untapping a third form of intelligence in order to achieve success for an individual, a company and the country as a whole.
