RTB Holds Award Night For Staff

Bandar Seri Begawan - Radio Television Brunei continues its efforts to further upgrade its presentation and programme production and output.

The Department will hold its annual RTB award night in appreciation of its staff's work performances.

The Anugerah RTB 2004 or the 2004 RTB award ceremony will be held on February 26 at the Empire Hotel in Jerudong.

In this regard, a signing ceremony for the gold sponsorship for the 2004 RTB awards ceremony was held yesterday morning.

Anne Bushfield, General Manager, signed on behalf of The Empire hotel and Country Club while Brunei Shell Marketing (BSM) was represented by Awang Rizal Shah, the Head of Commercial.

Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Ismail, the Director of RTB, signed for RTB.

There will be 27 awards, twelve for television and 15 for radio production.

The event is RTB's continuous effort towards appraising and rewarding the performance of its staff and those involved in the programme production.

It also serves as a motivation in upgrading quality programmes and in identifying income-generating ones.
