Empire Hotel Launches New Mission
And Vision

Begawan - The Empire Hotel & Country Club recently launched its
new Mission, Vision and Core Values at an innovative team presentation
held at The Empire Theatre, a press release stated.
Several team members, including the
General Manager, acted out a Lobby scene where important messages were
communicated through the cast.
Messages highlighted included the
Hotel's vision statement `Excellence, Every time, Everywhere for
Everyone', the mission statement and core values.
The presentation ended with The
Empire Choir singing the `Empire Jingle' which highlights the Hotel's
mission statement in its lyrics.
All team members who attended were
delighted with the presentation and appreciated the positive messages
relayed on the vision, mission and core values as well as the Hotel's
success in the past year.
During the presentation, Anne
Busfield, General Manager, shared the Hotel's achievenments in 2004
and informed team members of the new facilities, products and services
developed in the year.
Ms Busfield also shared the Hotel's
immediate plans and goals for 2005.
"We wanted to ensure that all who
attended the team presentation understood the Hotel's vision, mission
and core values as it is of utmost importance that we all work
together towards common goals and in one focused direction," said Ms
Lee Ngee Tan, Director of Human Resources.
The Hotel has a total of 850
innovative team members with l2 different nationalities who work
together towards achieving excellence, every time, everywhere for
everyone. --
