Bandar Seri Begawan - The High Commission of Canada on Tuesday night held a gathering at the RMS Portview Fratini restaurant in the capital in honour of the Canada-Asean Partnership Symposium,

It was hosted by Mr Paul SH Lau, the Canadian High Commissioner to the country.

Pehin Dato Hj Suyoi, the Deputy Minister of Education; Hj Abd Hamid Hj Ja'afar, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources; members of the diplomatic corps; senior government officials; and, prominent business figures attended it. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
