Chung Ching Kindergarten Marks Lunar Year

Bandar Seri Begawan - Pupils and teachers of Chung Ching Kindergarten in Seria took part in a pre-celebration of the Chinese New Year over the weekend.

The children had a great time playing musical instruments and performing the Lion Dance.

Children from KG1 to KG3 put on special costume to perform the Lion Dance, also known as ' Wu Shi'.

The school introduced Lion Dance to the children with the aim of enhancing their understanding and appreciation of the Chinese culture. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
