Two local scouts leave for Japan

A two-member delegation headed by Skipper Capt Hj Narawi Hj Omar Ali from the Brunei Darussalam Scout Association (PPNBD) has left the country to participate in the 2003-2004 Invitation Programme of the Scout Association of Japan.

They were Mohd Ikhwan Hj Masri and Mohd Hilmi Hj Ismail. This nine-day programme is a frequent event that invites boy scouts from all over the world.
