Women reminded to remain vigilant

Young women are advised to be vigilant and not to wait in secluded places as they may be exposed to male exhibitionists. A woman who waited in Bangunan Urairah in Kiulap for a private clinic to open recently was subjected to such treatment by an oriental-looking man aged about 20 to 25-years-old.

"I was sitting on the staircase to wait for a private clinic to open as I was half an hour early. A young man came to ask me what I was doing. I said I was waiting for the clinic to open and continued to read a book. The young man was still standing at the top of the staircase," the woman said.

From her corner of her eyes she realised that the guy was doing something lewd.
