Food lovers are in for a treat
once again! The Airport Restaurant and Emperor's Court will be
having two separate promotions beginning March 1 and March 2
respectively.
For those who crave for fish
delicacies, they can savour their taste buds on a new dish
prepared by one of the chefs, Jusni Salleh.
Jusni who has been working for
The Airport Restaurant since 1995, will be serving a new
"Fish-head curry" dish. "The secret in making
good curry meals," he explained: " is curry
paste!" However, he will "modify" the traditional
Nyonya-style of cooking the curry by adding yoghurt.
The $18-dish for two will be
served with steamed rice, 'papadam', 'sambal', 'ulam-ulaman' and
to quench the thirst - a glass of Teh Tarik India.
Similarly, the popularity of
Emperor's Court will be heightened this March with its buffet
lunch promotion beginning March 2.
Diners will be able to choose
from a wide selection of salad dishes, cold cuts, an assortment
of hot dishes, BBQ and noodle dishes. To finish off the buffet,
complimentary cakes and pastries will be presented. All this for
$15.88.
