Working without safety

Pekan Tutong in the Tutong District has undergone considerable change with new rows of shophouses to accommodate the needs of locals there. But contractors working on a deadline in their construction work seem to have thrown workers' safety to the wind. Photo shows a worker hanging from a crane without any safety harness, a very dangerous stunt. Contractors are strongly advised to give priority to safety aspects of their workers while construction is underway.
