Ex-youth ship participants aerobics

Among the aims of the aerobics was to maintain healthy bodies.

Apart from that it also aims to bring ex-participants closer and to unite them and their families in this activity.

Aerobics is a monthly activity by Bersatu but is held at different venues.

The Bersatu Association welcomes public who is interested in aerobics and those frequenting Bukit Shahbandar to join the aerobics.

The event is free and open to all.
