Thirty-five students of Institute Pengajian Islam, Sultan Omar
'Ali Saifuddien, Universiti Brunei Darussalam visited the
Islamic Development Bank of Brunei Berhad headquarters in
Kampung Kiulap yesterday.
During the visit, bank officers
and representatives conducted a presentation regarding the
bank's well-diversed products and services provided, such as the
Al-Wadiah Junior account and the Al-Mudharabah 3-in-1 account
among others. The participants were also briefed on the
objectives and the range of Islamic products and services
offered by the bank.
The Eze Net Islamic banking was
also elaborated on, detailing how it is all about flexibility,
efficiency and most of all, choice. It is said to offer a range
of features to assist in managing our day-to-day banking needs
through the internet. For instance, accessing balance and
transaction history or viewing financing details and transfer
funds.
Through the visit, the bank
hopes to accomplish and provide greater understanding and
knowledge, informing students of the benefits the bank has to
offer.
By the end of the trip, there
was an exchange of souvenirs between the bank and the
institution. The visiting group later enjoyed refreshments
provided by the bank.
