Jati Transport Sdn Bhd, the
distributor for Mercedes Benz now has a new service manager, Mr
Lothar Drescher who has experience serving in Bahrain's royal
fleet. He will be replacing Mr Herbert Halm, who has been posted
to Singapore.
The Service Manager among
others is in charge of after-sales services, paint shop and the
spare parts section.
"I will pick-up and
follow-up what Mr. Herbert has carried-out," Drescher said.
There are 45 staff working
under the Service Manager, almost half of them are locals. Local
staff are also trained under the apprentice training schemes
including those abroad, on Mercedes Benz technology
Mr. Herbert said he has fond
memories of Brunei and enjoyed life here. "Life is not
hectic here.
"Meanwhile, as part of an
effort to improve our service, Jati Transport also asked for
feedback from their customers to ensure that the customers
receive the best service that they can get."
