The QAF BMW sales team was instructed on professional
prospecting and selling techniques, as well as product selling
points during the recent skills enhancement training by QAF Auto
Sdn Bhd.
BMW employees of QAF Auto Sdn Bhd.
underwent skills enhancement training recently, conducted by a
guest trainer from BMW Asia (Singapore). The week-long training
seminar, held from February 13 to 19, was one of many training
activities scheduled for QAF Auto this year aimed at upgrading
the level of skills of its employees.
Trainer Peter Png is an
independent training consultant for Team Pursuits Singapore,
hired by BMW Asia as an external trainer to provide
non-technical skills training to personnel of its Southeast
Asian markets. He conducted three different training courses
designed specifically for both QAF BMW's sales & service
teams.
During the training, the sales
team was instructed on professional prospecting and selling
techniques, as well as product selling points. A practical
role-play followed to allow the sales team to understand the
principle behind BMW's 6-point vehicle presentation concept.
The service team meanwhile
received basic training on customer handling and care, as well
as frontline service and telephone skills.
In line with BMW's "global
pursuit of excellence", QAF Auto takes up the challenge to
give its employees the best training possible, to ensure that
the best service available is provided to its customers in
Brunei.
