In conjunction with the National Day celebration, students from
PDS School and PDS International School have put on display
artworks and carried out related activities to create a festive
atmosphere around the school.
The pre-schoolers enjoyed a
weeklong colouring activity of the Brunei flag, which is now
hanging inside their classrooms. Students from the Primary level
wrote poems and compositions about their 'love for the country'
and 'the beauty of Brunei' while works from the Secondary
section were mostly posters and banners that showed the
country's humble beginnings and the many other historical facts
and figures of Brunei.
At present, all the works will
be showcased at an exhibit inside the school as part of their
National Day programme of activities.
