A total of eight government agencies attended a dialogue session
at the Information Gathering for residents of Bukit Sawat,
reported RTB.
The government representatives
heard problems and suggestions forwarded by the residents for
consideration.
Among issues voiced out by the
residents were the creation for a resettlement housing scheme at
Mukim Bukit Sawat for people originating from Kampong Merangking,
Kampong Bukit Sawat and its vicinity. This is to refrain people
from that area migrating to others places.
All the problems faced by
residents of the Mukim will be deliberated and addressed by
authorities concerned for further action. The dialogue session
that was chaired by the Acting Director of Information, Awg Hj
Bujang, took place at the Multi-Purpose Hall of Kampong
Merangking.
