"Ronan Keating Destination
Brunei" is finally upon us. After arriving shortly in
Brunei yesterday afternoon, Ronan proceeded with a "Meet
& Greet" session with a number of his devoted fans.
The room was buzzing with
excitement and fans could hardly believe that their favourite
musician was in the room with them. The floor was open for fans
to ask questions and Ronan good-heartedly attempted to answer
them as best as he could, joking throughout the half hour
session.
Questions from what inspired
him during writing songs to how he coped with being away from
his family for so long to what his thoughts were on smoking,
were touched on. As most of his fans know, the concert was
organised in conjunction with the country's anti-smoking
campaign.
At the end of the session,
Ronan presented some souvenirs to various bodies such as Star
Asia, the Ministry of Health, PDS Primary and International
School, Sugarbun Fastfood, Kristal Network as well as the Empire
Hotel and Country Club.
Brunei Darussalam is Ronan's
second-last stop of his Asia tour with Hongkong being the last
destination. His fans from Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila
and Kuala Lumpur have all had the chance to see him perform live
and tonight, his many Brunei fans will be able to experience the
same opportunity at the Jerudong Park Amphitheatre at 8 pm.
A good time is expected at the
concert and that's all that the singer/songwriter is hoping for.
A night of rock and roll with the musician will be a night not
to be missed.
