Drunken Trespasser Released On Bail

Bandar Seri Begawan - A 22-year-old man allegedly drunk and annoyed a Gurkha was produced in court yesterday.

The court heard Mohammad Aminuddin Moktar, facing a trespassing charge allegedly went into a house drunk belonging to Kharga Rai at house No 5 near Royal Brunei Polo Club and annoyed him. No plea was recorded and Aminuddin was released on $2,000 court bail.

The Magistrate also ordered him not to tamper with any police witnesses and not to commit any offences while he was free.
