Prince Qawi Launches Compact Disc

Bandar Seri Begawan - The production of the Brunei Museum Resources Information Video Compact Disc is a joint project of the Brunei Museums Department and Borneo Publishing and Marketing Sdn Bhd which Prince Qawi launched yesterday.

The production of the compact discs is aimed at spreading interactively educational aides source through today's technology with main focus to students in the sultanate.

The compact disc contains the history of Brunei and the sultanate, information on culture, archaeology, and flora and fauna.

The discs were distributed to 36 selected government and non-government schools and colleges throughout the sultanate.

The videodiscs are sold at $15 at the Brunei Museums Department.
