New US Ambassador visits KACA

The new US Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, Mr Gene Christy and wife, Mrs Rebecca Christy, visited the KACA Centre yesterday. The Ambassador was briefed on the centre’s activities and background by KACA supervisor, Ms Jane Gilkey.

A special presentation by the KACA kids was held, and the children gave their all when singing special nursery rhymes for their guests. The children also demonstrated the use of several educational toys, donated by the Mabohai Ballet Troop, during a game therapy session.

Mr and Mrs Christy interacted with the children before they were treated to a meal sponsored by one of KACA’s patrons, Mum’s Bakery. The visit was wrapped up with a group photo.
