Under the patronage of the
French Ambassador in Brunei Darussalam, Mr Thierry Borja de
Mozota, the French Bruneian Business Association (FBBA) started
off Year of the Goat with visits to meet prominent members of
the Chinese Community.
The Ambassador, who is now into
his tenth month in Brunei, was impressed with the warmth of
Bruneian hospitality. Together with the FBBA, he felt that the
‘open house’ is definitely an eye-opener into the vibrant
pulses of the Chinese community and its culture.
Other than good food, the
‘open house’ gives opportunities for locals and expatriates
to meet and network on a more personal and informal level.
