GKN To Meet Co-Ops Today

Bandar Seri Begawan - The executive committees (exco) of Gabungan Koperasi Nasional Bhd (GKN) is set to meet cooperatives in Brunei Muara District today as part of the efforts to promote its role as the umbrella cooperative in the Sultanate.

To be held at the Auditorium of BINA Department, Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources in Gadong commencing 8.45am, the event is expected to be attended by the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Orang Kaya Dewa Pahlawan Dato Paduka Awang Hj Dani Hj Ibrahim in his capacity as the president of GKN.

The exco of GKN, BINA officers and cooperatives in Brunei Muara District are expected to attend the event.

According to a statement by GKN, the meeting is part of GKN roadshows to promote its role as well as to invite non-member cooperatives to enrol.

A similar roadshow was held in Temburong and Belait last month.
