Indonesians Invited To Aidil Adha
Prayers

Begawan - The Indonesian Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, Mr
Herijanto Soeprapto, through a press release from the Embassy of the
Republic of Indonesia, announced that the embassy would observe its
annual mass Hari Raya Aidil Adha prayers this Sunday December 31 at
8am.
In this regard, Indonesian
community working and residing in the Sultanate is invited to the
embassy at Spg 528, Kg Sungai Hanching Baru in Jalan Muara to attend
the ceremony.
The morning's mass prayers will be
led by Ustaz Drs Hj Zainul Arifin Lubis, a lecturer of the Institute
Tahfiz Al-Quran while the religious sermon will be delivered by
Ustaz Hj Abd Karim Hayaza, senior lecturer at UBD.
Following the mass prayers, goats
and cows as routine event in the Aidil Adha calendar, will be
slaughtered and its meat distributed.
Meanwhile, on the eve of Aidil Adha,
the embassy will be conducting a mass recitation of Takbir at the
same venue.
All Indonesians citizens are
welcomed to attend the event to be conducted on the eve of Aidil
