Easi Bundle Package Ropes In The
Masses

Begawan - Over 400 mobile handsets and Easi starter pack
bundle packages were snapped up by 11 am during the DST Opening Sale
yesterday, which was held in conjunction with the opening of the DST
branch at Jalan Jaya Negara in Belait.
According to DST Executive
Assistant Erdena Embran, the $88 and $138 special packages are
expected to rope in,a huge number of customers over the next few
days. The outlet was packed with people attempting to get their
hands on the offer. Customers who made any sort of transaction
yesterday were also treated to corporate gifts such as chocolates,
calendars and diaries.
The $88 package includes a Nokia
1112 headset and an Easi starter pack. The handy sized phone has
interesting features such as built-in hands free speaker, polyphonic
ring tones, MP3 grande tones, a ring tone composer, stopwatch and
number screening for both messaging and calls.
The $138 bundle package offers a
Sony Ericsson J230 headset and an Easi starter pack. The phone
features include a built-in FM radio, polyphonic ring tones, hands
free speaker, MMS, mobile internet, conference calling and
personalised with style-up covers.
The promotion will be made
available while stocks last. Meanwhile, customers who make Prima
bill payment of over $75 will stand a chance to win over $40,000
worth of prizes in the Prima Rewards Promotion which runs from
December 1 to March 31 next year.
Every $75 spent on a single receipt
at any DSTCom counter or ATM/cheque-deposit machine entitles
customer to one chance, while customers paying online will get two
chances at the promotion. In this promotion, one customer will walk
away with a $12,000 cash prize, plus 12 months free rental in the
grand draw which will be held on April 12.
Eleven others will each take home
$1,200 plus six months free rental. Meanwhile, 108 DST consolation
prize winners will receive $120 credit rebate on their Prima
account.
New subscribers of the monthly
Prima Plan will stand a greater chance at winning. Customers who
subscribe for the monthly $35 Essential Plan will get two chances,
while the $55 Extra Plan allows them four chances, $85 Executive
Plan offers six chances, and the $165 Elite Plan offers eight
chances.
The new branch also offers Kristal
Astro choice of services and bill payment for residents in the
Belait District. The new branch is open from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to
Thursday and Saturday. On Fridays, business hours are from 9 am tol
1.30 am and 2.30 pm to 4 pm.
With the opening of the new outlet,
the DST branch at Jalan Sungai ceased operations yesterday.
Customers have given the thumbs up
on the decision to relocate, saying that the new place accommodates
the growing number of customers.
The new place will make life easier
for DST subscribers as there is ample parking space for customers
