Merry Celebration At Sheraton Utama On X-Mas Day By Huraizah Ahmad

Bandar Seri Begawan - It was a certainly a ‘full house' event at Sheraton Utama Hotel for its Yuletide Festivities on Sunday evening.

While a group of festive choir welcomed guests just outside the ‘ginger bread house' grand entrance to the wholesome Christmas Eve buffet prepared at its Tasek Brasserie Restaurant, the hotel's lobby was also decorated with Christmas trees, Santa's sleigh with suspended reindeers decorated all over the place.

A Christmas Wishing Well which has been placed at the lobby area also features a promotion where those dining in or those who have purchased its Christmas take-away products were eligible to drop in their receipts and get an entry to win fabulous prizes till December 31.

A Christmas Craft Market located at the hotel lobby that evening also featured a great choice of Christmas gifts for guests to choose and purchase for their loved ones. While diners enjoyed their traditional stuffed turkey, roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, Christmas Pudding and log cakes along with a wholesome of other traditional festive feasts with their family and friends, live performance by a musical duo played in the background to keep guests entertained throughout the evening.

Festive goodies at the Deli Counter will be available until December 30 at Tasek Brasserie.

Those who dined in that evening to celebrate the eve of the festive holidays also took the opportunity to stay for a night at the hotel with its exclusive promotional rates. Sheraton Utama will also be welcoming the New Year 2007 with a Dazzling New Year Eve Dinner Buffet carrying a Hollywood Theme on December 31.
