Bandar Seri Begawan - Sagar Restaurant at Aman Complex, Jalan Aman, Kampong Sungai Tilong at Jalan Muara has come up with a new seasonal promotion.

The new exciting cuisine consists of Northern Indian and Middle East dishes prepared by the restaurant's head chef from Northern India who is assisted by two Southern Indian chefs. All the dishes are `halal' Sagar's Food & Beverage Manager said the Christmas Eve buffet on December 24 will consists of over 25 dishes priced at $9.90 for adults and $5 for children below nine years old.

He said in conjunction with the restaurant's 3rd anniversary, all food and beverages are available at 10 per cent discount until the end of this year. Business hours are from 7.30am to lOpm daily.

The head chef who has worked in the Middle East will tempt the customers with dishes such as Tandoori dishes, aloo tikka, fish tikka, meaty tikka, assorted vegetables tikka, mutton and chicken kebabs.

There are also vegetarian dishes such as gobi manjuri, vegetable manjuri, Malay kofta and vegetable reita.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
