Royal Brunei Airlines Implements
"No Show" Fee

Begawan - As of December 15 Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA)
implemented a "No Show" fee.
This fee she be it posed upon
passengers, in the event that they do not show up for their
scheduled flight. In order to avoid the "no show" fee, passengers
are advised to call either their travel agent or Royal Brunei
Airlines' reservations line at 221 2222 at the latest, four hours
before the flight departs.
The fee charged would be based on
the location where the ticket was purchased. Passengers who
purchased their ticket In Brunei would be subject to a "no show" fee
of BND 50. This fee applies for travel to all destinations except
Kota Kinabalu.
The "no show" fee for travel to
Kota Kinabalu with a ticket purchased in Brunei is BND 30.
The "no show" fee is designed to
support our efforts in continuously providing a convenient and
efficient service to our customers. It is imperative that passengers
call RBA ahead of time and inform us if they are unable to make
their confirmed flight time. We believe that the "no show" fee
procedure will encourage amongst passengers, a more habitual
practice of notifying us when they cannot turn up for their flight.
