Bandar Seri Begawan - A worker at a goat farm in Kg. Salambigar got the shock of his life when he stumbled upon a 16-foot python in late yesterday evening.

Badri Sutarto found the python in frail condition as it had swallowed a goat from the farm. According to Badri, as he was herding the goat back into their pen, the goading proved difficult until he found the answer - coiled in a corner.

He and three others captured the python and took it to their residence in Kg. Sungai Hancing. "This was the first such encounter at the goat farm," he said, adding that he would hand over the python to the proper authorities. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
