OGDC Teen Camp Ends On High Note

Bandar Seri Begawan - Fifty youngsters who took part in the four-day OGDC 'Discovery Camp for Teens' received their certificates and prizes at the closing ceremony on Saturday afternoon.

Present as guest-of-honour was OGDC Heads of Operations, Iskandar bin Hj Alias. At the closing ceremony, participants entertained guests with their stage performances and a slideshow of their activities throughout the camp, including a day trip to Batang Duri in Temburong.

The objective of the camp was to promote interest and knowledge in the fields of science and technology through team building activities at the camp.

Participants said they were satisfied with the programmes and physical, activities, which helped thetas work as a team and develop better communication and leadership, skills.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
