Companies Receive HSBC Prizes

Bandar Seri Begawan - HSBC on Friday presented prizes as part of their Internet Banking for Business Marketing campaign at HSBC main branch's banking hall in the capital.

On hand to present the prizes to three companies - Koperasi Belia Kitani Berhad, Nicegold Furniture and Westart Enterprise, who each won a 4GB iPod Nano - was Mr Lim Yu Kwang, Manager Commercial Banking.

The promotion was to encourage new or existing small business customers to make more use of Internet banking.

HSBC Internet Banking for Business allows small companies to perform banking transactions and services online such as telegraphic transfers, transfer of funds between accounts, downloading e-Statements and paying utility bills. It is particularly helpful for SMEs as HSBC offers preferential rates when customers transact this way. For those that are security conscious, all HSBC Internet banking users are issued a mini security device to use each time they log onto their online account.
