First AIFA Draw Winners Picked

Bandar Seri Begawan - The first eight winners of the "AIFA 2XMenang" bimonthly lucky draw were picked yesterday, during the first round of the draw at the AIFA Sdn Bhd premises in Gadong. On hand to do the honours was the Brunei-Muara District Officer, Dato Paduka Hj Md Yussoff bin Bakar, and witnessed by the AIFA managing director, Andy Lau.

The winners yesterday - Nor Ahmad Jamudin, Zakinah Hj Mohidin, Murni Hj Zainal, Hj Wahid H1 Ibrahim, Dk Adibatulnabahah Pg Hj Murah, Aini Hj Masri, Hj Hairul Absah and Mary Jane Sales - went home with a 15-inch LCD TV each, while their dealers won themselves an AIFA computerised purple clay rice cooker. Among the dealers,

Guan Electrical had the most number of winners, with three of the eight. Mal Star Enterprise and R&T Electrical had two winners each, while Golden Star had one. Dato Paduka Hj Md Yussoff later presented the prizes to the winning dealers, while the eight winning customers will receive their prizes at a presentation ceremony to be held at a later date.

The draw yesterday was for purchases for the period between September 15 to November 30. Meanwhile, the second and third promotion periods will run from December 1 to January 31, and February 1 to March 31 respectively.

Winners in the bi-monthly draws are still eligible for the grand prize draw in April next year, which offers a 40inch LCD TV as the top prize. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
