Red Ginger Restaurant Goes Exotic

Begawan - Red Ginger Restaurant recently introduced a range
of exotic fusion dishes and beverages at the eatery in Seri Lambak
Complex, Berakas. According to the head chef, Faizal, "we have an
assortment of smoothies, freezes and shakes as well as our famous
fresh fruit juices".
He added, "As for snacks, we have
curry puffs and waffles at $1.50. There are also assorted burgers
and Singapore rojak as well as mouth-watering dessert such as honey
dew melon pudding, at $1.50 while orange jelly, at $1.
There are also authentic Malaysian
chicken and beef satay, "roll over twister", which is homemade fried
chicken fingers with iceberg lettuce served topped with barbeque
sauce at $2.50, and Chinese steamboat at $10 per serving. '
Chef Faizal added, "Our chicken
rice sells like hot cakes because not only do we serve them fast,
