Fifth Batch Leaves For Saudi Arabia

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Minister of Finance II, Pehin Dato Paduka Hj Abdul Rahman and a male pilgrim with special needs were among the over 190 intending pilgrims who left for Saudi Arabia yesterday afternoon to perform the Haj. The fifth flight departed Brunei at around 1.15pm yesterday.

Present at the airport to bid farewell were the Minister of Religious Affairs, Pehin Dato Seri Utama Dr. Ustaz Hj Awg Md Zain; Deputy Minister, Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Hj Awg Badaruddin; Permanent Secretary, Dato Paduka Hj Abdul Rahman, senior government officers as well as officers from Darussalarn Holdings and Humairah Travel.  -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
