Practice Session For Remote Control Boat Race

Bandar Seri Begawan - Around 20 members of the Remote Control Boat club recently attended a practice session at the lake close to The Empire Hotel & Country Club.

Leader of the group, Awg Junaidi bin Hj MohdArshad said the objective of the gathering was to foster closer ties between members and to brief new members before the competition to be' held January 7, next year.

Awg Junaidi said the one-day competition is also open to racers from Sabah and Sarawak and will be divided into four categories - A (Grass cutter Open), B (Open cc), C (Mono/Shape Open cc) and D (Overall Champion). For more information call +6738811602. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
