30 Nurses Attend Seminar On Post Nephrology

Bandar Seri Begawan - More than 30 nurses yesterday attended the Post Nephrology Conference Nurses Seminar organised by the Department of Renal Medicine at the Ministry of Health at the RIPAS Hospital.

Carrying the theme `Towards Excellence in Dialysis Patients Care', the four-day seminar featuring speakers from Singapore is aimed at updating nurses with the new modalities of treatment so that they are able to deliver adequate dialysis to patients. The guest of honour at the event was Dato Paduka Hi Serbini bin Hj Ali, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health.

The nursing staff attending the course were from Haemodialysis Units, Peritoneal Dialysis Units, UPKL, Medical Intensive Care Units, Surgical Intensive Care Units, Coronary Care Units and Paediatric Intensive Care Units.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
