Danau Primary School Holds Sports Meet

Bandar Seri Begawan - In conjunction with the end of year school break and Danau Primary School's diamond jubilee celebration, the school recently held sports meet at the school football field in Tutong.

Attending as, guest of honour was Acting Senior Education Officer, Tutong Department of School, Cikgu Junit bin Mohammad.

Also present at the sports meet were Danau Village Headman Awang Hj Abdullah binAbd Rashid, former headmasters of Danau Primary School and village residents. The event kicked off with a march by participants, including school pupils and their parents. Parents and teachers from the four different houses also took part in some of the day's activities.

Prior to the event, an aerobic session was held. Villagers, some PESAKA, Keriam bicycle expeditions members, who were camping around Danau Primary School compound, participated in the session.
