Cyclists Roll Into Danau Village

Bandar Seri Begawan - Participants of the PESAKA-Keriarn Association Bicycle Expedition yesterday received a warm welcome from villagers in Danau.

Leading the villagers in welcoming the group were Danau Village Head Hj Abdullah bin Abd Rashid and Danau Association President Hj Abdullah bin Tahir.

In his speech, the Danau Village Head thanked PESAKA-Keriam Association for choosing Danau village as one of their destinations, saying that it would strengthen relations between villagers from both Danau and Keriam.

The group will camp at the Danau beach until Sunday, and will also participate in the Danau Youth Carnival activities. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
