Empire-SPSS Joint Security
Training Starts

Begawan - Some 22 security personnel from Setia Protective
Security Services (SPSS) attended the Empire-SPSS Joint Security
Training yesterday held at the hotel's Training Room.
They marked the first group out of
64 security personnel based at the Empire Hotel and Country Club to
undergo the training, which is divided into three sessions. Present
as the opening ceremony's guest of honour was Empire Hotel's
Director of Human Resources, Ms Lee Ngee Tan, who in her brief
remarks praised both managements for successfully conducting the
programme.
She said that such network and
cooperation are important not only in terms of security, but also
excellent value-added service to hotel customers.
Security Manager Mr Lucas Wong
stated that its objective is to introduce a higher level of services
and professionalism into SPSS, with a focus on generating a higher
level of customer satisfaction as well as improving its product.
Also present yesterday were SPSS
General Manager Shahrul Zaman, Training Officer Hj Tamrin and other
