Bulletin Journalists To Cover Asean Summit In Philippines

Bandar Seri Begawan - Four journalists left for Cebu, Philippines yesterday for the Phase IV Asean Journalists Programme and the 12th Asean Summit that will be held in that country.

The media representatives from Brunei Darussalam are Sonia Kaur and Alex How from Borneo Bulletin, Salawati Haji Yahya from Media Permata and Jennifer Mok of the Information Department under the Prime Minister's Office.

Representatives from Borneo Bulletin will be providing media coverage for the 12th Asean Summit from December 10-14 this year.

Meanwhile, representatives from Media Permata and Information Department will be participating in the Phase IV Asean Journalists Programme from December 7-11.

The Asean Journalists Programme will consist of visits to the Asean Business Investment Summit, Trade and Industry Programmes, interviews with officials of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and an Observation Visit to the International Media Centte of the 12th Asean Summit Meeting.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
