Begawan - Building ownerships, arrears repayment period,
security issue, marketing weaknesses and general cleanliness were
among matters raised by entrepreneurs at a dialogue session between
Brunei Industrial Development Authority (BINA) and entrepreneurs who
occupy two government-owned industrial buildings in the Brunei-Muara
and Tutong Districts yesterday.

hall of the department at its headquarters in Gadong.
The function began with the recital
of Surah al-Fatihah led by Awg Seruddin Haji Tuah. In his welcoming
address, the Deputy Director of BINA, Pg Hj Tajuddin Pg Hj Mohd

one of the primary objectives was to foster a good relationship
between entrepreneurs and BINA. The event was also used as a proper
ground for BINA to hear the difficulties facing entrepreneurs so
that they could work collectively to find solutions based on
guidelines set by the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources (MIPR).
A briefing on cleanliness,
containers placement, Miscellaneous Licences, change of ownership,
business infringements and rents was presented by the Special Duties
Officer at the department, Ak Saifuddin Pg Hj Yusoff.
